What about the Illagers?

Ok, so I know that Cube Kid started the series before the illagers were added in Minecraft, but I feel that it would be really cool if Runt ran into them in his adventures, or maybe the illagers attack villagetown, Aetheria or wherever. I say this because I really like the Illagers, as they represent the darker side of the villagers. Maybe we could get some backstory of why illagers are evil, maybe Runt and the others even manages to redeem one of them, this is just a suggestion. I just feel this would add some more depth to the story of the villagers' constant struggle against evil, and to show that not all villagers can resist it like those in Villagetown have.

The series started before this update so I'm guessing that he is unsure how to put them in or something like that.

I am pretty sure the series might continue to remain pre - 1.13. Considering how hard it might be to include illagers into the series. I do think a illagers in the series would be a nice touch. It's just a matter of if CK wants to change the plot a bit or not.

I would like to see the 1.13 stuff like Drowned and the 1.14 items, for example, the bell or lectern. I think the notion of raids and Bad Omen as an effect would be cool and a great addition to the series, it'd be nice if there was a raid that was caused by someone having Bad Omen.

Kudos to you for bringing that up.

CK has been really looking into expanding from minecraft recently. I don't think he'd care particularly about including specific updates, considering that Aetheria as a whole is much more advanced and will present many non-vanilla mobs.

Regardless, I'd really like to see some of the new items in 1.14 added into the series as advanced crafting tables or something. Considering that much of Aetheria's technology was lost during the great wars (am I correct on that? I dunno.) then maybe some of these things (like the tables...) could be discovered, or something along those lines.

Maybe I just want to see a trident-wielding boss in a underwater fortress that is guarding some treasure. I just am I fan of some of the items in the newer updates.

If CK doesn't get to that, it's not so bad, I mean it is hard to write a series. Isn't it?

Lol. I guess that is what the ravagers are technically, poor people who don't play 1.14... It has to suck. But like most servers out there, maybe the update came out, however they just haven't updated the server yet. So that might be a valid excuse for not including the 1.14 stuff.

Really though, those things are terrifying. like 3x larger than an iron golem, 100 hp, and flattens you in 1-2 hits + crushes everything in its path
