And then mipha's grace (will resurrect you if you die) revali's gale (you can fly) daruk's protection (giant shield) and urbosa's fury (lightning)

Apparently I never saw this post, so I'll comment now.

They are both rpgs, and since there will be a lot of abilities in Aetheria, there will bound to be overlap at some places. Most of the abilities seem like they will appear in some shape in Aetheria even if Cube Kid never played the game, except maybe stasis and camera.

They are all generally based off of RPGs, so yeah - there's going to be those overlaps.
