A hole dug through bedrock to show void.
The void is a dimension. Unlike Vanilla Minecraft, the Void is not an endless void that kills you if you fall in.
It is populated by a race called the Mycons, mushroom-like villagers who excel in crystal magic and crafting of all sorts.
The only known ways to enter is through a portal in a ravine in West Ardenvell, or a pit in Lavacrest. Also, there may be gateways between the Nether and the Void.
According to Eeebs, there are crystalline plants, "Pools of blue ooze", and "Things that whisper in your ear" as described in Nether Kitten. Not much is known as it has yet to make a proper introduction.
The Void is also mentioned by Mango (a Scribe and Builder), writer of a book given to Runt by Max. He reports that there are holes in bedrock that lead down to the void which were recently discovered (in his time - he lived around 500 years ago).
