Villagers are simple people who make up the majority of Ardenvell's population. They spend most of their lives living in small, isolated hamlets, tending fields and offering trade to outsiders or other villagers. According to Villager tradition, men shave their hair. Some, in service to Aetheria, head to the Capital for a deeper education of the outside world. Many of the main characters in Diary of an 8-Bit Warrior are villagers for obvious reasons.
History[]
There was a time, however, when this wasn't so; In an age thousands of years ago, they were called Highborn, masters of every craft and skill and a type of Human. They were said to construct large airships, airships that network to fly even to the moon, and built the race of Redstone robots known as Ironsouls, along with the race of tree golems, called Dendrons. Unfortunately, all this disappeared in the Second War with the Eyeless One, when they were scattered across the land, and forced into heavy isolation.
They once possessed magic and extensive knowledge.
